At Pure Telecom Solutions we can supply your business with a full range of non geographic numbers (NGN’s). An non geographic number has a variety of uses but can help your business gain a national, professional image whilst increasing your call volumes, improving your productivity and customer service, and even provide you with a new revenue stream as rebates are payable on certain number ranges.
Non geographic numbers come with a choice of call management packages and start from as little as £4.99 per month, Services include:
Call Attendant (Interactive Voice Response)
Press 1 for reception, press 2 for accounts etc. This service can be set up on your phone line no matter how small or large your business may be.
Fax to email:
We supply you with a special number which will receive your faxes and convert them in to an email which will be automatically forwarded to your email account.
Voicemail to email:
This works in the same way as the fax to email service. When a voicemail is received, the message will be converted in to an email and sent on to your email account.
Call whisper:
Call whisper will give you a recorded message when you pick up the phone before you are connected. So if for example you work from home you will know before you pick up if you are about to receive a business or a personal call. The caller will be unaware.
Out of hours message:
A simple recorded message placed on the line stating your working office hours.
Call recording:
Many businesses need to record their calls for a variety or reasons such as compliance issues or even just to monitor customer service of your staff. We can take care of this for you.
Outbound
Pure Telecom Solutions can provision the installation of new lines for you at your business premises including analogue, ISDN2 and ISDN30. We offer very competitive rates on installations, monthly line rentals and call costs.
This does not need to be on lines we have installed. We can transfer your lines from all UK telecoms providers.

Telephone systems / IP telephony

Purchasing your own PBX and hardware-
We supply PBX’s handsets and everything else you need for your telephone system from some of the leading manufacturers including- Cisco & Avaya.
The second choice is VoIP (Voice over internet protocol) or hosted IP telephony.
VoIP is a way of carrying your voice calls over an internet connection. The standard of call quality nowadays is the same as a traditional system. The benefits of a VoIP system is that there is no need for an expensive, cumbersome phone system taking up space in your office. “The system” is hosted by the network and you gain access to it via an online control panel where you can customise your system from a vast range of features.
With VoIP you also benefit from free office to office calls and can easily network satellite offices and home workers.
