We purchase minutes on the switch in large volumes at wholesale prices. This enables us to pass the discounts on to you, our customer.

What is a non-geographical phone number?

A non-geographical number is a floating phone number usually starting with a 08 prefix that sits on your existing phone line/system. It does not relate to any particular geographical location.

Why do I need a non-geographical phone number?

There are many ways in which you could benefit from a non-geographical phone number.

Will I need new telephone equipment or a new number?

No, we liaise with your current supplier so you can keep your existing number and equipment.

What happens if there is a fault?

We will have a 24 hour service level agreement with you, simply call us with any fault and we will do the rest.

Will our system be disrupted?

Not at all, the transfer is seamless.

How long will set up take?

If you are purchasing a new non-geographical phone number from us, it should be set up within 48 hours. If you are switching from your existing supplier it should take place within 28 days.
